We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with a warm and clean pool that had toys for the kids. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to a concert nearby. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cinnamon rolls. The staff was courteous and helpful, providing us with an array of pillows labeled firm and soft.

The location of this hotel is convenient for exploring the surrounding area. There are lots of nearby restaurants and shops. The fitness center and pool are well-maintained and a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and there were hairs left behind from previous guests.

Room was big and clean, and we had plenty of space to move around. The breakfast was decent and filled us up, they had a good selection. Also, the location was pretty convenient for exploring the area.

The walls were very thin and we could hear everything that was going on in the next room. It was loud and distracting, didn't make for a great night's sleep. Additionally, when we asked for some extra towels, it took the hotel staff an incredibly long time to bring them to us.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable and cozy king size bed with a variety of firm and soft pillows. The USB ports beside the bed and desk were very convenient in charging our phones and laptops. The breakfast included a tasty assortment of options.

However, the bed being too high on risers made it difficult to get in and out of, especially for my shorter partner. The space underneath was also difficult to keep organized and we lost a few items. Additionally, the hotel's age was noticeable in the room and common areas, and the décor felt outdated.

We stayed at a hotel over xmas and it was simply amazing! The staff was incredibly caring and helpful, making our stay so much better. The breakfast was definitely one of the best we've ever had in a hotel, with a large variety of both hot and healthy options. Plus, they even offered complementary fruit and yogurt! The location was also key, as there were many restaurants and shops nearby making it easy to find anything we needed. Finally, we loved having access to the outdoor grill which had a TV right next to the pool, making for a perfect day in the sun.

Honestly, we can't think of a single negative thing about our holiday stay! Everything was perfect and we enjoyed every minute. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with amazing staff and delicious breakfast.

Came in Pelham to relax and have fun, this hotel was nice place for doing it.

We stayed there our last trip and was great. They came through for me this trip first hotel was gross. Should have booked with them from the beginning. I won't. Make that mistake again.

Location, location, location!! Perfect location to walk to a concert at Oak Mountain for a concert. Not happy about the double price that was quoted to me for the night of the concert ($239 vs. $125 on Friday night). However when we checked out it was only $125...made us much happier!

Elevator sounded like it might not survive each trip...definitely needed some maintenance.
